The H-1B Visa Fee Has Been Extended to 2027. A Court Has Already Struck It Down.
Friday’s proclamation runs the $100,000 payment to 21 September 2027. USCIS says it is not currently in effect, DHS says it still plans to collect if the order is lifted, and two federal judges have reached opposite answers on whether it was ever lawful.
